Stable environment, routines, and problem-solving to prevent housing disruption.
Life Skills Coaching
Budgeting, cooking, household management, time management, and self-advocacy.
Education & Employment
Goal planning, job readiness, education connections, and accountability.
Case Management
Individualized plans, service coordination, and progress monitoring.
Transition Planning
Permanent housing readiness: documents, savings plan, landlord readiness, aftercare.
24/7 On-Call Support
After-hours support for safety concerns and urgent needs (non-medical).

Who we serve
Young adults ages 18–24 who may have experienced foster care, housing instability, or system involvement.

No. BLUENOVA provides non-medical supportive services focused on stability and independent living skills.
What happens after I submit?
We review submissions and contact the applicant/referrer for a brief screening conversation. If appropriate, we’ll discuss next steps.
